Gareth Knight is Chairman of the Grantham and Bourne Conservative Association and a district councillor for Grantham Barrowby Gate ward on South Kesteven District Council.

Gareth moved to Grantham in 2017 and has his roots are in Immingham. Gareth runs two small businesses and regularly makes media appearances commentating on elections. Like many, Gareth and his wife, Emily, chose to move to Grantham because of its excellent transport connections, beautiful surrounding countryside and outstanding schools. They live in the Barrowby Gate ward with their two young sons.

Prior to moving to Grantham he was the Chairman of the award-winning West Ham Conservative Association in London, and he was the Director of the London Vote Leave campaign. He has nearly 30 years of campaign and political experience.

In his spare time Gareth plays golf and watches rugby and football. He is a big proponent of women's rugby and played Try Tag Rugby for several years.
